Eugene P. "Gene" CorcoranEugene P. "Gene" Corcoran passed away at St. Mary's Hospital in Langhorne, Pa. on Friday, Nov. 30, 2018. He was 77.
He was born in Turtle Creek, Pa. to William and Rita Corcoran.
He was a graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School and Bucks County Technical School.
He was a longtime resident of Bucks County and retired to Dushore, Pa.
Eugene was an avid sportsman who loved hunting and fishing. He also loved spending time with his three grandchildren and making and sharing his maple syrup.
Just about every year was spent as a spectator watching the reenactment of Washington crossing the Delaware. He was a proud member of the Fox Hunters Club and Historical Society of Fallsington.
He was most at home walking in the woods, watching and marveling at the beauties of nature. He loved visiting the Five mile woods.
Eugene was the founder of Corcoran Landscaping.
Eugene was the father of Matthew P. Corcoran (Dawn) and the late Michael W. Corcoran; grandfather of Lance, Michael and Lucas Corcoran; and brother of Bill, Patrick and Barry Corcoran and the late Maureen Yochum. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends invited to call beginning at 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 6, at the Lamb Funeral Home, 101 Byberry Rd., Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006, where Eugene's memorial service will begin at 12 p.m. Interment will be held privately.
