Allen S. "Butch" Lebo, age 63, died Sunday, December 12, 2004. He was born in Philadelphia, Pa., grew up in Bristol Township, graduated from the Woodrow Wilson High School class of 1960, and was a life long resident of the Bristol area. He was a career Police Officer for Bristol Borough retiring in 1995 after serving 28 years. Allen was a life member of Bucks County Lodge No. 53 Fraternal Order of Police, Pennsylvania Police Officers Association, a life member of the Bucks County Rescue Squad, the First United Methodist Church of Bristol, and a member of Bristol Lodge No. 25, F. & A.M. Allen is survived by his wife of 41 years, Margaret A. (nee Long) Lebo; three children, Robert A. Lebo and his wife Kristina, Debbie M. Phillips and her husband Chris, William G. Lebo; and five grandchildren, Ryan Phillips, Katie Phillips, Kyle Phillips, Giannina Lebo, and Andrew Lebo. A sister, Judith Petro with her husband Art and a brother, Robert Lebo with his wife Luz, also survive him. A Memorial Funeral Service will be held at the First United Methodist Church of Bristol, 201 Mulberry St., Bristol, Pa., Thursday evening, December 16, 2004, at 8:00 p.m. A Masonic service will start at 7:45 p.m. Calling hours will be from 6:00 p.m. until the time of service at the church. Donations may be made in his name to the Sunshine Foundation, 1041 Millcreek Dr., Feasterville, Pa. 19053. Arrangements by the Carter Funeral Home. |
